The filing comes first
Tennessee requires the SR-22 on file for 3 years from the reinstatement date, verified electronically.

- Payment of all reinstatement and application fees
- Completion of any court-ordered alcohol or drug education program
- Ignition interlock for any DUI with a BAC of 0.08 or higher
